    Clinique D specializes exclusively in phototherapy and aesthetic dermatology. Therefore, we are unable to offer an appointment for the service you are requesting. To obtain the full list of dermatologists who offer this service, please consult the website of the Quebec Association of Dermatology Specialists: www.dermato.qc.org.

    Please note:
    Except for phototherapy (which requires a referral from a dermatologist), Dr. Brassard is no longer accepting new patients under the public health system (RAMQ).







    NOTE: To book a phototherapy appointment, you must include a referral from your treating dermatologist (Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF. Limit: 5mb)


    Fees apply for this procedure, as it is not covered by the RAMQ.


    Cancelation Policy: If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will have to pay a $50 fee.

      Cancellation policy: Any missed appointment or appointment cancelled with less than one business day’s notice will result in a $95 fee.

      To be considered within the required notice period, the cancellation must be received no later than 8:00 a.m. on the business day preceding the appointment.

      Example: For a Monday appointment, the cancellation must be made no later than 8:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday.

      Your information is handled confidentially, in accordance with Law 25.
